This quaint spot masterfully blends the vibrant flavors of traditional Vietnamese-inspired beverages with creative twists, creating an inviting haven for tea lovers and curious newcomers alike.

At Boba Mochi House, the menu is a treasure trove of refreshing choices that cater to all taste buds. Their Yogurt and Yakult series bursts with tropical notes, featuring refreshing flavors like Mango, Strawberry, Lychee, and Passion Fruit—all priced at $7.25. For those craving something icy and playful, the selection of slushes stands out with options like Matcha Slush, Thai Red Slush, Lemon Mint Slush, and Oreo Slush, each a perfectly chilled treat at $8.05. The Frozen Mild Slush, a decadent shaved ice cup lavishly adorned with Milo syrup, boba pearls, egg pudding, Cocoa Puffs, Oreos, and Pocky, offers a multi-textured delight that truly captures the adventurous spirit of dessert lovers at $11.25.

The milk tea offerings shine just as brightly. Sip on their rich and indulgent Chocolates Dirty Brown Sugar Chocolate Lovers ($8.25), a deep, velvety union of brown sugar and chocolate, or dive into the creamy layers of the Cheese Foam Milk Tea ($7.55), perfect for cheese aficionados seeking a savory-sweet balance. Classic milk tea fans will appreciate the expertly spun Classic Milk Tea or the vibrant Thai Red Milk Tea, both priced at $7.55. For a unique plant-based twist, the Matcha Dirty Brown Sugar with oat milk offers sophistication for the dairy-averse. Each cup is crafted with care, delivering the perfect balance of sweetness, tea aroma, and the signature chewy boba pearls that keep customers coming back for more.

What truly elevates the Boba Mochi House experience is its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step inside and be greeted not only by the inviting smells of Vietnamese spices and freshly brewed tea but also by friendly staff whose smiles set the tone for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The cozy, thoughtfully decorated interior reflects a blend of cultural authenticity and modern charm, a detail frequently appreciated by patrons like Airika, who remarked on the cafe’s cleanliness and vibrant décor.

Customers rave about both the quality and the generous size of the drinks. Sahara Love, a passionate fan, gave the boba an enthusiastic 10 out of 10, delighted by the huge bucket-style cups that offer a satisfying indulgence every time. Tangled Raven highlights a playful touch with adorable cat-themed boba toppers that add an element of fun to your order, perfect for taking your beverage to go. Meanwhile, newcomers on a whim have found themselves pleasantly surprised by the perfect chewiness of the boba and the rich authenticity of the milk teas, as noted by A Y, even when visiting just before closing time.

Adding to the culinary charm are small bites like the savory Bánh bao—steamed buns filled with rich meat and egg fillings—that provide a perfect snack to accompany your drink. This addition gives Boba Mochi House a lovely balance of sweet and savory, making it a real gem for those exploring Vietnamese flavors.

Whether you're a boba veteran or trying these delicate teas for the first time, Boba Mochi House offers an experience that is both comforting and exciting. It’s a place where every sip tells a story and every visit feels like a warm invitation to slow down, savor, and treat yourself to something truly special.

As soon as we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by smiles and the most delicious smell of the Vietnamese spices and goods. The BOBA is THE BEST IVE EVER HAD. Comes in huge bucket cup. 10 out of 10. EASY.

Nice little boba shop and Vietnamese store. Owner was very friendly and prices were reasonable. They sell a variety of oriental products here. Cafe was clean and very decorative. I ordered the taro milk tea and it was good! They also sell Bánh bao for $4 each and it has meat and egg filling inside, very good.

This boba place must have just opened because they were moving boards around but don’t let that stop you from going in. its a really cute place and I’m sure once they’re done touching up it’ll be better. The cups are adorable! I got an iced Thai green tea. It taste like Thai tea with matcha. It was sweet and yummy. It cost just as much as other places? Around $6-7, but for the size, delicious taste, and cute cup, it was worth it. I’ll be back for sure!

Was in the area and came on a whim 20 min before closing. Immediately the staff kindly came out to greet me and were ready to take my order - super kind and friendly. Got the classic milk tea with regular boba and omg the boba was perfect. Perfect level of chew and no hard nor disintegrating boba. The milk tea was delicious too. I was shocked because it was so close to closing so had low expectations. The place was so cutely decorated too and they had holiday decorations. They have plenty of tables and spaces to play games + good food options too. Also the cup is cute with the cat lid. Forgot to take a pic before I already finished the tea. Oh well next time! Can’t wait to come back!

The boba was decent but way too sweet, most places ask how much sugar you want. Also no Mochi? Very confusing. Looked like a nice selection of ingredients and snacks to buy though.

I ordered the Boba Mochi Signature and did not expect such a big drink! I love it. Boba has a great consistency. It’s also a lil market too. They had pork buns, frozen food and some snacks. Tried the pork buns and it was delicious. Had to get some for my fiancé. Update: I went back to try their Special Banh Mi and it had lots of flavors to itand I brought my lil fur baby with me and they were a-okay with it

5 stars is not enough. This place is an authentic boba tea house! The staff was prompt and friendly. They even have the option for oat milk. Which my son and I are lactose intolerant. We were very pleased with that accommodation. I will definitely be coming back. My kids said it was 10 out 10!
